Holistic Coaching is for those who feel a strong pull to try new things, are growing in self awareness, want to develop a greater sense of self trust and relationship with your intuition, and need a point person to hold you accountable along the way. The client's needs are at the center of this intuitively guided session. Our conversation is held with sacred intention and careful listening to assure you feel heard, seen, and affirmed. Some areas of focus for a holistic coaching session may include clarifying personal value systems, reconciling polarities, and examining the balance in the wheel of life. By utilizing divining tools such as tarot, runes, oracle, pendulums; we bring clarity and affirmation to the chosen path. Other tools for regulation may be utilized when necessary such as deep breathing, EFT, somatic movement, building connection with inner guidance system. The session embodies a full spectrum of experience to enliven the potential for personal transformation.
