The lunar cycles are opportune times to connect with our mind's higher wisdom, set intentions, reflect, and release in conscious manner. Meditation is the medium for which we invite the alchemical process to take shape via breath, mind, and body. With 20 years of experience leading workshops and classes, Shelley uses a gentle, calming voice to facilitate a unique meditational experience.
