This meditation takes us into a journey to connect Earth & Sky Intelligence to the Heart Center. This is a recording from the Live Session that took place on 3.3. You are invited to settle in to enjoy this experience, also known as the Vertical Axis Technique, adapted from ‘The Intuitive Dance’ from Atherton Denth.
While meditation seems like a passive activity in a time that requires great action (hello year of the fire horse!), the practice of meditation surely helps to develop actions that come from sound mind.
