Tincture

Tinctures are a carefully, thoughtfully, ritually crafted herbal medicine using raw plant material and a 100 proof alcohol based solvent. Tinctures are administered sublingually, directly on the tongue, or added to your favorite beverage. This form of herbal medicine can be taken routinely, or as needed, depending on the plant and person. Much of the work in incorporating herbal care into your wellness routine is establishing an intuitive trust in your body's innate wisdom.  All plants are proudly sourced organically in the backyard of my home in the wild woods of PA. We care for the integrity of each bottle we offer. That is why the medicine is sure to be made at peak times for harvest with each plant, at its expression, with gratitude and thanks.
These medicines are derived after 20 years of training, practicing, and deep listening. I offer what I know to be in the scope of care to my training and faculty.
